Role Description and Introduction :
Problem, Incident and Change management are the key processes of the ITIL - worlds' most widely recognized framework for IT service management. The role follows these processes and their solutions, while stressing on the Incident management in particular, supporting it throughout all stages.

The position is pivotal to the success of the Service Management teams' mission by managing critical incidents in an effort to restore service or it's quality, as soon as possible. Incident Management process is aiming to ensure fast restoration of all contractually agreed incidents and to provide effective communication and coordination between the relevant teams on both sides. The primary focus is to restore critical incidents having direct impact on clients' business, to lead and ensure ownership, communication and progress until completion.
• The position covers delivery of business applications support in an enterprise IT environment and resolution of application issues and operational changes in the following areas/systems:
- OpenScape Contact Center
- OpenScape Xpressions
- the provided application support is based on a ticketing system and requests from end users
• The position requires regular communication with:
- IT 3rd level of support
- IT 1st level of support
• Hotline support via telephone and email;
• Cooperation in system tests;
• Training and workshops for customer and service staff;
• On Call duty during after business hours;
• Root cause analysis of technical problem;
• Consulting and planning of Implementation;
• Create knowledge management assets

Job Requirements :
• University degree in Information Technologies/Computer Science or other technical education
• Good spoken and written English (Level B2 and above)

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in technical support
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Customer focus
• Pro-active learner and team player
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential data
• Flexibility to take duties in extended working hours, if needed
