Oracle Financials Consultant
Eviden is looking for a Financials functional consultant to join our Oracle practice. The candidate would work as part of a multiple disciplinary team across the UK supporting Oracle applications, primarily E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud SaaS applications. The role involves ongoing development of those applications for customers. The role holder will work alongside a wider team of Oracle SMEs with complementary functional, technical and DBA skills.
Day to day responsibilities include:
· Provide support of customer solutions in Oracle Financials, with ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
· To identify potential risks and provide input into the development of resolutions and preventative actions.
· Contributes to the development and evolution of functional and technical standards within wider Oracle Practice
· Communicating efficiently and work together within a multi-disciplinary team, fostering the open and collaborative culture.
Essential Skills:
· Knowledge and Experience of core Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2x Finance and Procurement Modules
· General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing, iProcurement
Desirable Skills:
· Knowledge of other Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2x Finance, Procurement, Order Management, HR Modules:
· Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SaaS Finance Applications
· Oracle Sales including:
· Order Management
· Inventory
· Knowledge of Procure to Pay, inclusive of Inventory, PO, iProc, AP, GL, CM
· Knowledge of Order to Cash, inclusive of Inventory, Order Management, AR, GL, CM
· Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
· Understanding of Concurrent Programs
Beneficial Skills:
· Working knowledge of PuTTY, PSFTP and UNIX
· Experience Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
· Experience of system integrations, API, etc
· Experience of Oracle Reporting Tools
