AIOPs Solution Architect

Functional scope

Define and strategize AIOPs solution that fit for the Cloud, Network, DC and application services. The role also span across identifying right solution (s) and integration to self-healing, patching, inventory, reporting/dashboard, compliancy, provisioning, capacity management and automation solutions. The solutions are based on market leading packages and home-grown solutions

Mission

Introduce tools to instrument AI driven operations for DC, cloud and network operations team. Inculcate the culture of AI and ML to the operations team to improve operational efficiency

Roles and responsibilities

·  Work with cross functional and tower architects to understand requirement and provide relevant tooling solutions
·  Manage stakeholder and priorities
·  Define/communicate strategy/roadmap within GTS and to key stakeholders
·  Evaluate market leading technologies to add them part of offerings to improve the service
·  Support tooling transformation toward a global model and dedicated solutions
·  Simplify the tool landscape for dedicated delivery model

Experience and skills

·  Overall 15+ years of experience in industry
·  10+ year of experience in managing multiple infrastructure tools
·  3+ years of experience in working AI and ML supported tools
·  Work closely with stakeholders and support Atos strategy
·  Very good technical judgment and knowledge, need to have technical experience in solutioning/development/operations) and know when going into the detail or not
·  Well-structured and organized, pragmatic and precise
·  Proven leadership and experience in working with virtual, geographically distributed teams, in engaging them and communicate the roadmap and strategy
·  Work Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai & Mumbai
