We are currently looking for AccessibilitySpecialist

What will you do? 

 

·  Execute tests to verify conformance of Atos’ and our customer’s digital services to the relevant standards (i.e. WCAG)
·  Conduct interoperability analysis using Assistive Technolog
·  Answer queries from Atos’ and customer teams about auditing findings and compliance 
·  Support end users around accessibility features or remediations in audited services 
·  Proactively act and drive initiatives to assist compliance with accessibility principles
·  Lead technical guidance to development teams internally, and our customers 
·  Research new tools, standards, web, and mobile technology to position Atos’ auditing capabilities at the forefront of innovation
·  Serve as a single point of contact for accessibility questions and/or concerns for assigned customers

 

 

 

Essential Skills:

 

·  Demonstrable experience of Accessibility auditing or other relevant experience
·  Demonstrable of using broad range of Assistive Technologies for auditing (e.g., Dragon NaturallySpeaking, JAWS and ZoomText) 
·  Highly proficient conducting manual and automated audits of websites
·  Understanding of accessibility evaluation tools and methods in both web, native mobile and desktop environments 
·  Excellent English & German written and verbal communication skills (B2+ level)
·  Flexibility, adaptability and organised.
·  High degree of initiative and autonomy coupled with an ability to function successfully as part of a team.

 

 

Requirements:

 

·  Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA
·  Experience with hardware Assistive Technologies e.g., Braille Displays) 
·  Familiarity with modern web application development methodologies and practices
·  Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., Angular) and the accessibility limitations of using such technologies.
·  IAAP Accessibility Core Competencies certification
·  IAAP Web Accessibility Specialist certification
