Hauptaufgaben

* Installieren und Warten der Software und Schnittstellen von Point of Sale-Systemen (POS-Systeme)
* Entgegennehmen und Bearbeiten von Hardware-, Software- sowie Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsproblemen im Bereich der POS-Systeme und angrenzender Applikationen, Lokalisieren und Beheben der Störungen bzw. Einleiten von Eskalationsverfahren
* Koordinieren der Lieferanten- und Unterstützungspartnertätigkeiten
* Erstellen und Nachführen von Betriebshandbüchern, Anleitungen, Checklisten und Schulungsunterlagen
* Mitwirken in Projekten, bei der Einführungen neuer Dienstleistungen und bei ausserordentlichen Events
* Wahrnehmen von Koordinationsaufgaben zwischen Kunden, internen Fachstellen und Informatikstellen im täglichen Betrieb und in Notfällen
* Leisten eines periodischen Bereitschaftsdienstes

Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt in einem technischen Fachgebiet
* 2 bis 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
* Affinität zur IT erforderlich, Kenntnisse in der Netzwerktechnik erwünscht
* Erfahrung im Bereich Point of Sale (Kasse/Zahlterminal/ect.) erwünscht
* Vertiefte MS Office Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Powerpoint)
* Kenntnisse der Tools HP Quality Center, ITSM und/oder Business Objects von Vorteil
* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
* Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
