To support our development, we are looking for a Planning and Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Planning & Warehouse supervisor organizes planning production and provides correct raw materials on time by managing the suppliers, to keep raw material stocks correct and to keep stock levels in the acceptable target which is indicated in factory report. Additionally, supplier management is key on this position.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Planning & Warehouse supervisor will be responsible for:

·  Suppliers’ management : ensure regular relationship and manage supply chain suppliers’ improvement on policy of critical suppliers.
·  Imports & Custom : follow imports with sales department, ensure continuous cooperation with customs coordinator and broker, compliance with customs procedures.
·  Project involvement : be the logistic contributor of new launched projects, keep the logistics team informed of project milestones, check critical raw materials, monitor new references and check the availability of raw materials, plan product end-of-life
·  Planning Management: establish the production planning according to sales and forecasts, give feedback to other departments
·  Raw Materials Order : follow and define the needs according to supply chain’s plan, create requests of raw material for purchasing department, follow the status of orders with suppliers, update the requests for material availability accordingly
·  Raw Material Stocks : make sure stocks are correct, keep a stock level in the target, manage outside warehouses’ stocks, communicate with warehouse responsible and operators about raw material stocks, ensure a follow-up stock discrepancy actions WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US :

Qualifications
·  Supply chain & planning knowledge
·  Stock management knowledge
·  Fluent in English is a must
·  Knowledge of an ERP system & Excel tool.
·  Knowledge of Kanban Soft skills
·  Taking initiative and involvement
·  Good communication skills : being able to work with various departments, evaluate & challenge requests
·  Being able to work as a team & be adaptable to different demands (sites)
·  Being able to adapt to different working culture (factories & suppliers abroad & Customers abroad)
·  Intercultural flexibility: being able to work with people from different cultures
