Laboratory engineer

Job description

Come and contribute to the development of Research & Development at Thermic Energy - and join our teams as a Laboratory engineer on a permanent contract, starting as soon as possible.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The laboratory engineer is in charge of new product validation or modification of existing product by testing products safety, reliability and performance.

More specifically, you will :

- Ensure safety during test
- Perform test according to our internal test method
- Implement ERP test: cabling, installation, support to programming & validation
- Manage Pressure cycling test and Maximum pressure test regarding standards
- Realize test preparation: ensure the instrumentation of devices under tests
- Publish test report
- Participate to build the maintenance yearly plan of all equipment
- Perform Equipment Approval assessment including safety risk analysis before to start using any new device
- Perform Declaration of Conformity, Declaration of Performance and product data plates before usage in production
- Manage a database with all updated documents.
- Validate the technical data in product data plates (CE labels)
- Lead corrective action plan in case of any deviation is detected
- Request and control the results of external tests
- Set up a calibration follow-up system.
- Support the communication with international laboratories for product certification management
