Astute Education specialise in recruiting contracted and permanent staff to Nurseries, Primary, Middle, Secondary, Further & Higher Education establishments around the world. One of our clients in Madrid, Spain is looking to appoint an experienced EYFS/KS1 Coordinator to start in August 2016 due to the continued success of the school. The private international school educates expatriate children from the UK, around the world plus the local Madrid community, following the UK National Curriculum from Pre-school up to Year 3. The school will then add a year group each year as it grows on a yearly basis.

The school prides itself on being a small and caring school where parents, children and staff work in partnership to create a happy and friendly community. The Teacher-student ratios are extremely favourable, the school is well resourced and all the UK qualified teachers will continually strive for the highest standards of learning and teaching in a secure, dynamic environment.

You will be an excellent EYFS / KS1 practitioner with experience of supervising, supporting and mentoring LSA’s and Teachers.

Requirements

• Recent UK EYFS / KS1 teaching and supervisory experience
• Degree and/or recognised teaching qualification (CERT ED / PGCE / BA Hons QTS)
• Knowledge of the EYFS / KS1 Curriculum
• Minimum of 5 Years’ experience
