MISSIONS
- To participate to the digitalization of Asteelflash communication, aligned with Marketing strategy and positioning.
- To be leader in building Asteelflash visual identity.
- To fully support Asteelflash content marketing strategy.
- To allow sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives. To be an enabler allowing Sales teams to focus on sales actions
- Uniquely positioned to leverage data and technology to support Asteelflash growth.
ACTIVITIES
1. CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITIES / Transversal projects:
- To be responsible of the Sales Toolbox. This toolbox gathers all the marketing tools used by Sales team in their communication with prospects / customers. To update all the content, redesign the format and push any new tool to the Sales Team worldwide. To be in marketing content activation.
- To manage and feed our social networks (LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter) on a regular basis, writing contents aligned with our editorial line and publishing attractive visuals according to company news / events. To proactively suggest any additional social network on which Asteelflash should be active.
- To manage SEO campaign and track digital communication performance (knowledge of the main KPI in this area).
- To design, launch and maintain Asteelflash newsletters directed to our customers / prospects.
- To be proactive in proposing / designing any new communication tool that would reinforce Asteelflash positioning and / or increase the level of awareness in some specific areas.
2. REGIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES / AMERICAS :
- To follow Pipeline, Focus List and Customer qualification data to ensure their accuracy.
- To generate / identify and qualify leads for the regional Sales Team. To generate customers’ insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- To support regional Sales Team in trade shows selection and organization.
- To support Sales Team in the creation of their Account Overview for qualification process.
TO BE NOTED:
The marketing department is evolving and growing over time to meet practice and market demands. The selected individual will be expected to embrace such changes and rise to the challenge of developing their skills over time.
PROFIL :
- Degree Business School/Sales & Marketing/Equivalent
- 2 years experiences, preferably in Industrial B2B companies (technical/engineering understanding)
- Very well organized and structured
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly in a very fast paced environment
- Distinctive problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Flexible and patient as we are managing change.
- Digital and modern marketing approach / Customer-oriented
- Strong design skills / creativity: able to design visuals for Website, Social Networks, printed communication tools, attractive and modern PowerPoint etc.
- Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe Illustrator or Indesign / Canva / Prezi is a plus
- Strong writing skills: able to write value-add content for Asteelflash
- Fluent English mandatory – another language appreciated
