Job description
For our completely renovated Braunbär Hotel & Spa, we are looking for a chef who will help us to develop the concept
and further improve the high standard of our cuisine.
Avantages :

* Organisation of all procedures of the kitchen
* Leading a team of 9 chefs
* Purchasing, inventory and cost control
* Responsibility for the hygine according to HACCP
* Preparation of à la carte and halfboard menus incl. recipes and food cost
* Organising Events at the grillkota and fondue gondola, taking care of the guests
Desired profile
* Professional training in the hotel industry and several years work experience as head chef in hotels
* Knowledge of mountain cuisine
* Excellent team leader
* Able to work under pressure
* Fluent in English (German is not a must but a plus!)
* Creative and a love for details
* Motivated to become a part of the project team
