- Our new Sales Manager role /Business Development Manager will be 100% new business focused in a fast paced, field based role- Identifying new customers, developing new customers and retaining your relationships is your main focus.- You will be negotiating with all levels of decision maker within a variety of new clients from sole traders to worldwide companies.- Field based, the level of contracts you will be aiming to achieve range from small to large with no average order value that is consistent.- This is a diverse role in which every day will be different but equally as challenging

St Georges FM is a leading player in the FM market across the south east and west. The business is seeking to capitalise on growing demand in the UK as the market continues to offer exciting FM opportunities.

Specialising in soft and hard FM, the role will be the primary driver of new business.

You will currently be a Sales Manager or Business Development with current or previous experience selling soft FM (cleaning, washroom solutions, catering etc.)

As an experienced Sales Manager you will bring an already established network within the industry to the role.

The Role

  • Driving the business development function for the South East of England.
  • Already established network within the industry to the role.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop a strong pipeline for future opportunities
  • Ultimately responsible for securing revenue and growth targets alongside the Managing Director.
  • Support Managing Director in strategy meeting to identify the best sectors for growth and key clients to target.
  • A strong background in Facilities Management or soft services
  • Excellent client base across the UK especially South of England for either Public or Private sector clients.
  • Confident client facing skills.
  • Track record of building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Target driven and tenacious business developer
  • Revenue Driven, Hunter salesman is a key attribute within this role
