Job Title: Credit Risk Analytics Consultant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £40,000 + bonus & benefits
Our client, a leading consultancy based in Leeds, is looking for an experienced Credit Risk Analyst to join their Analytics team as a Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing, delivering and developing our range of analytical services to both new and existing clients
- Design, manage and develop the sourcing, updating, storage and utilisation of internal data assets, integrating with our analytical infrastructure, and developing our insight and analytical capabilities.
- Manage, lead, design, undertake and deliver bespoke statistical analysis, credit strategy and business case analysis
- Manage, design, build and deliver bespoke and specialist models and scorecards.
- Assist in the management, design, production and delivery of results and presentations for clients
- Manage analysts (individually or in small teams) for specific projects and general resource allocation. Contribute to the development of direct reports through mentoring and transfer of technical experience, objective setting and regular performance reviews
Key Requirements:
- You will have a numerical degree (e.g. Mathematics / Statistics / Geography) and well developed analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to present your findings.
- A thorough understanding of credit risk data and the application of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
- Experience of using software such as SAS, MS SQL Server, SPSS, R or Angoss Knowledge Studio
