Technical Software Implementation Consultant

Are you experienced with in data migration and implementation?

Do you have strong working knowledge of Excel?

Main Duties will include:

You will be working as part of a team in order to configure software to the clients specifications from initial project start up all the way through to testing and customer training.
This position focuses more of the technical elements of implementation and will require working knowledge of SQL and XML
As a key point of contact for the customer you would also be providing customers with on-going queries and find solutions to problems quickly as they arise to maintain great customer service and strong client relationships

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

Minimum of two years commercial experience within an IT position
A high level of numeracy
A strong knowledge of Excel and its features
Experience working with Web based applications
Ability to learn new software applications quickly
Good communicator, happy to be customer facing and ability to grow strong relationships both with clients and your team alike
Some knowledge of databases Particularly SQL or XML
A problem solver with a keen eye for detail

Desirable:

Experience within a similar data migration and implementation position
Management and reporting experience
Degree level education preferred but not essential
Previous experience working with SQL and XML in a similar position

Start: ASAP
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Full Time: Mon - Fri (40 Hours per week)
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
