Job Mission

Maintain ASML's process framework in line with FMO strategy and objectives. You will contribute in the area of process design and control, library standardization and related Functional Application Support on ASML Business Process Management [BPM] applications.

Job Description

Embed the defined BPM standards and conventions in the projects delivering the Future Mode Blueprint and Process materials and secure adherence;

Support in the Change Control process and Process Evaluations, among others execute needed compliance reviews from a quality and process management perspective;

Setup and control required aspect libraries within the Future Mode of Operation (FMO) project environment (and translate into Current Mode of Operation environment.). Give guidance to the Business Process Analysts involved;

When required, execute process analytical / process design activity on selected projects / processes

Context of the position

The BPM Expert FMO will report directly to the Director QPI Corporate Program & Processes (CPP) and functional to the BPM Architect FMO and has various interfaces within the organization among others Business Process Owners FMO, Process Analysts FMO, Aspect Owners FMO, Template Control Board FMO and Process Control Board FMO.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Process Management & IT or Administration.

Experience

At least 7 years of BPM experience;

BPM Design knowledge and expertise;

EPC design knowledge and expertise;

Project Management PMM affinity;

ARIS knowledge and expertise;

Holistic thinker: able to interface in all process directions.

Fluent in Dutch, English;

Open-minded, strong communication skills;

Customer focus, process oriented, pragmatic and result driven;

Change management skills: dealing with resistance, influencing without power;

Initiative and leadership;

Able to work in complex multi-cultural environment.
