Approche Sur Mesure, ASM UK is a Worldwide Customer Care Network dedicated to the Luxury Industry. Our branch in London provides E-commerce support for iconic British Luxury Brands willing to articulate the relationship with their clientele throughout the multichannel shopping experience.

We are looking for an intern to support us over the coming months to help take care of our 2 customers. The hours are flexible, travel expenses will be paid and the experience will be an enriching one.

The role will involve assisting customers by telephone and email as well as parcels, occasional trips to the Post Office and behind the scenes, a look at the CRM side, reporting, analysis and how to deliver excellent customer service.
