Ask associates are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to inherit a successful temporary desk working with quality control, quality assurance and health & safety executives within the Oil and Gas sector for an internationally successful recruitment consultancy.

The Role

This position is to inherit an established specialist temporary contractor’s desk working with a constant supply or positions with prestigious global clients. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the existing client relationships as well as increasing commercial opportunities where ever possible. You will also inherit an existing basis of contractors and will be expected to develop the candidate pool further to increase the exiting value of the desk.

This is a warm desk so cold calling is at a minimum, however my client is looking for a proactive recruiter who has ambitions to improve their earning potential and career development and not a consultant who has lost their motivations or drive to be a successful consultant.

The Package

My client is offering a negotiable basic salary of £25k + with a competitive commission structure working with an existing client and candidate base on an international scale. You can also expect to receive a benefit package including flexible options for childcare, pensions, healthcare and dental care. You will also get your birthday off and an early finish on Fridays.

The Candidate

My client is looking for an experience professional contract recruitment consultant with two to five years’ experience keen to continue their success within recruitment and increase their future earning potential and career opportunities.
