An exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join Asclepius in our beautiful St Katharine’s way offices in central London.

About the role;

• Source and record vacancy information
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs, revenue margins within agreed budgeted costs
• Deal with existing clients whilst building new ones within the accounts given, manage client 's needs and expectations
• Canvass for new bookings/shifts - build and maintain client data base
• Undertake client meetings under the direction and supervision of a Regional Manager or Business Development Executive
• Headhunting new potential candidates
• Booking candidates into shifts
• Obtaining referrals
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
• Use negotiation and persuasiveness techniques to recruit new doctors
• Ensure compliance and quality control documentation (e.g. CRB checks) have been completed prior to commencement of assignment
• Prepare CV and correspondence to forward to client
• Advise candidates of the success or failure of their application
• Ensure all jobs are advertised on the internet, and updated regularly to reflect changing client requirements
• Ensure all advertisement responses are actioned on the date of receipt

About you:

An excellent communicator, you will genuinely enjoy talking to people, with the ability to persuade and influence. You will be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels over the phone. You will be determined and self motivated, possessing a positive attitude and the drive to succeed. Individuals with a proven track record in a competitive or sporting environment would be desirable
