Have you worked for a recruitment company or in a sales environment and not liked the aggressive business development side to the role?

Do you love the buzz of selling and potential to earn additional income?

Salary circa £18,000 (dependent upon experience) + competitive bonus

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have your own vehicle

An opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Recruitment Consultant to support a recruitment company to focus on sourcing the best possible talent for their clients.

You will work closely with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, to ensure a robust and consistent recruitment process is adhered to for both internal and external candidates.

You will be committed to delivering a professional service, and be an ambassador for the brand, ensuring the best possible talent is recruited in a timely and cost-effective manner.

What will I be doing?

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates for positions across the business
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates
• Proactively Headhunting and managing CV and candidate alerts
• Writing internal and external job adverts
• Delivering verbal offers, and feedback to unsuccessful candidates in a timely manner

Person specification:

• Have proven experience of working within a recruitment agency or account management role
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment - managing own workload, and prioritising accordingly
• Experience of dealing with all levels of management and of influencing and guiding their decisions and actions
• Great personality with ability to build rapport
• Commercially aware
• Enthusiastic and ambitious
• Resilient
• Determination to succeed
