This beautiful 4* hotel ideally located in Fort Lauderdale in Florida welcomes you to the position of F/M Director.

Offers quality seminars and services.

Establishment with fewer than 200 rooms.

Field station, operational and autonomous.

Close to the teams and customers, you supervise the entire activity of the establishment.

Support the development of strategies to support the hotel's profit, guest service and revenue goals by directing the operations of the hotel.

Support the leadership of each department team 

Be involved in the budget process and review for operations, staffing and cost

Desired profile

The profile we are looking for for this hotel

With higher education in hotel, diploma in hotel Management.Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related business field is preferred

With positive and confirmed experience of several years, in a 4* hotel as Director F/M in US.

You leave in Florida and have a green card and all authorizations to work in Florida on a long-term basis

You know how to independently manage a hotel establishment.

Commercial, social (legislation), financial, technical management.

Attention to detail, guarantor of quality.

You are a Field Manager close to your teams.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you are a good manager (psychology, sensitivity, thoughtfulness, authority) and know how to supervise a team by anticipating any conflict and participating in the training of your colleagues.

Your dynamism and good humor are appreciated.

You are a good manager.

You speak English, French and another language.

You are loyal, sincere and a good communicator.
