About the role

ARM’s Partner Enablement Group is responsible for providing high quality technical support, documentation and training to customers using ARM IPs and software development tools. We have a number of Applications Engineering and Technical Authoring teams based at various locations around the world.

They are currently part way through a significant project to update and improve the case management (customer support) system that is used by 150+ support engineers and many external customers globally.
You will be joining the project at a critical phase, as we migrate to MS Dynamics 2016, and as such, will be relied upon to:

Create test plans, test scripts/cases and carry out end to end testing of the platform via portal and email.
Managing the Agile/Sprint test phases.

What will I be accountable for?

Key Responsibilities

·  Create Test Plans for the upgraded CRM service solution
·  Update/write test packs and cases
·  End to end testing of the application including workflow specific customisations
·  Manage the testing carried out by other team members
·  Provide reports and updates on testing progress escalating where appropriate.
·  Prepare test cases for automated testing.

Job Requirements

What skills, experience, and qualifications do I need?

·  Experience in a testing role
·  Experience managing the Testing phase
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics
·  Exposure to automation testing and UAT
·  Experience with support case / support management workflows
·  Problem solving, and analytical thinking.
·  Data focused with strong MS excel skills.
·  Organisational intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills.
·  Active listener, able to interpret and play back stakeholder requirements.
·  Prior knowledge of working in a support role or services organisation.
