We are therefore looking for a talented, enthusiastic and committed Graduate Recruiter to join our Early Careers team to ensure that excellence continues to be achieved in the company's provision of Talent Acquisition.

Recruitment of interns and delivery of a world-class internship programme at ARM is essential to developing our pipeline for graduate vacancies, and filling our graduate roles every year is critical to the growth and success of our organisation.
As a graduate recruiter at ARM, you will be joining a lean team with strong business impact and be given independence and freedom to run recruitment in alignment with our global recruiting strategy. You will be joining the team at an exciting point in our journey of professionalising our function. As part of this, you will be given opportunities to take ownership of projects which have an impact bothh globally and outside of the Talent Acquisition Team. If you love to explore and travel, there will be plenty of opportunity in the peak recruiting seasons.
Your year as a Graduate Recruiter might look something like this...
• Execute on ARM's early career attraction and strategic plans to deliver against our projected recruiting targets for European offices
• Drive and support the early career vision through delivery of our global internship programme
• Monitor and measure the early career KPIs and metrics, providing frequent updates to the team
• Deliver an outstanding candidate and internal stakeholder recruitment experience
• Manage a number of our campus teams in order to sustain and build key university relationships which includes attending events on and off-campus
• Tactical execution and support on the early career social media strategy
• Partnership with global team to drive innovation and continuously improve upon our agenda, including the ongoing development of the internship programme
• Conduct on-going research/ analysis into our target audience to ensure our sourcing strategies are relevant and stand out in a crowded market place. In addition to yearly recruiting reviews against KPIs and metrics, and planning activity for following season
Job Requirements
Essential skills and requirements
· We are looking for someone with experience and understanding of early talent recruitment
· Essential to your success will be strong motivation, efficiency and your ability to rise to a challenge within a fast-paced technology environment.
· You will engage with managers on a daily basis, so strong communication (both verbal and oral) and analytical skills will be needed.
· You will also need to make use of various technology platforms and tools, so being tech savvy and a social media guru is a must.
· Preferably you will also be a graduate in any discipline with a strong academic background.
Desirable skills and requirements
· Knowledge of recruiting within the technology sector
· Fluency in any of the Nordic languages with a preference of Swedish (Norwegian and Finnish) or alternatively Hungarian

Expected start date for this role is April 2016 but we can be flexible in some cases.
