This is an exciting time to be at ARM as its business continues to grow and evolve, with an opportunity to develop professionally and gain experience in a fast-paced and supportive Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning the role will involve working across the FP&A team to support the organisation to deliver and driver future financial success.
The role of the Finance analyst will split their time supporting; the planning & forecasting process, finance business partners, and the risk management process. Therefore this is a diverse role that will have exposure to a number of the processes where the finance team and the business interact.
The role will involve critically analysing financial data; identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information; supporting implementation of the planning & forecasting framework and facilitating the development and sustaining the enterprise risk management (ERM) program.
The role is critical in enabling finance to engage with the business to drive forward business performance.
Key Accountabilities:
Developing and maintaining financial management information required for the FP&A team. Identifying sources of information; assembling, verifying and communicating through reports as required.
Providing analytical support to the FP&A team to ensure that the necessary management information is available and ability to provide specific analytical support where required.
Working with the business to ensure clear communication between the FP&A team and the business throughout the processes that have FP&A ownership (including planning cycles and risk processes).
Engaging with the business to support on tracking of progress vs action plans (including risk mitigation plans)
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
· Professional qualification in finance (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or economics, or applicable discipline.
· Experience working as a finance analyst.
· Educated to degree level, demonstrating a strong analytical mind-set.
· Proven experience in statistical, financial, economic, data analysis, or forecast modelling.
· Knowledge and practice of business process management, budgeting and finance operations.
· Ability to collect, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Confident communicating across both finance and non-finance stakeholder groups.

· Excellent communication skills.
· Advanced knowledge of Excel.
