The People Team at ARM has an exciting and aspirational agenda to enable the extraordinary by creating a place where people love to work and can deliver extraordinary outcomes. We have over 100 people across the many ARM locations and they are led by the EVP People, supported by the People Leadership Team.
You will be part of a high engagement and high performance team both within the People Team and also as part of the team of Executive Assistants who support the Executive Team across the globe.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the EVP People, Kirsty Gill, who is a member of the ARM Executive Committee. The key focus of this role will be to provide administrative support including, but not limited to, organising meetings, travel co-ordination, expense reporting and calendar management.
You will also be responsible for providing travel co-ordination and support for the broader People Leadership Team and event organisation specifically for the PLT meetings, extended PLT meetings and broader people team meeting when appropriate, for example, the Global People Team meetings.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
As well as the administrative support requirements, this role will also need you to support with arranging complex global travel including multi city/country itineraries and visa applications. Further key functions to be completed within this role include the following:
· Meeting organisation
· Managing and filing expenses
· Minute taking
· Event organising ie dinners, conference facilities, away days
· Raising PO’s
· Assisting in preparation for ARM Board meeting, Executive Committee meetings and PLT meetings
· Organising meeting rooms/catering/visitor badges/taxis
Experience, knowledge, and skills:
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
· Extensive experience working in an Executive Assistant/PA role within a global organisation
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and being flexible in dealing with changing priorities
· Mid to high level of experience with Microsoft Office products
· SAP experience would be beneficial, but is not essential
· Experience of working across different time zones
· Minute taking (preferably touch typing skills)
