The commercial operations group in ARMsits alongside our product business groups and manages the core growth opportunities, licensing of our products, cross group product planning and delivery of our products to customers.

What type of work might you be getting involved in?

• Helping to build a better royalty model for scenario planning

• Working across the business groups to build consistency in processes and data capture

• Help create insight from our data by building reports

• Help manage cross group issues and reporting

• Work with segments and product groups to understand what information about the eco-system needs we have by segment, how this information is collected and then shared. What can be done to improve sharing, what gaps or overlaps do we have and what does it look like holistically across the market segments?

• Learn how the Licensing functions fits within Commercial Operations and ARM

• Exposure to the business planning process that underpins all ARM product developments

• Managing products through the commercial flow (from initial setup to delivery)

• How ARM analyses and forecasts revenue forecasting

• Understanding customer engagements and how contracts are negotiated

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

We are looking for candidates who want to gain a systematic understanding of what ARM does, including commercialmanagement, product area exposure andcustomer interactions. You will learn about how our business operates, understand how the groups fit together and gain a strategic overview of our product roadmaps.

Ideal candidates are expected tohave a strong academic record.Technology,Business orMarketingrelated subjectswould be ideal,howeverwe will also accept applications from candidateswho graduatedin other academic subjects.Weare targetingindividuals at the start of their career, looking for fresh challenges and a perspective on business.

As a successfulGraduatewith a commercial orientation, you will need to demonstrate a high level of numeracy, excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills. The ability to take initiative and work well with minimal supervision is also essential.
