Procurement Analyst supporting data analytics for all US Sites and Business Units. This individual will be responsible for organizing; cleansing and interpreting data in goods and services for Arkema and its Subsidiaries or newly acquired companies. This includes working with Regional and National Category teams to understand applicable spend and determining how to apply such information to reporting and tracking. The Procurement Analyst will assist in facilitation of dashboard creation, data and charts for PowerPoint presentations. This position will, interpret data from various sources and systems; evaluate ways to improve the collection and analytic process; and because of such cleansing, present data in way that allows the GASP team, the Plants and the Business units' areas of opportunity or ways to improve sourcing. Additional responsibilities include support for Buyer Operations by performing post order support functions. This individual will be working in US SAP PRD & BEST system for post order functions including but not limited to, Info record creation and revisions, purchase order confirmations as well as potential support for Buyer back up when needed. For tasks in procurement operations support, this individual will interact closely with Buyers, Site requisitions and the Buyer Manager.

Key Activities and Responsibilities :
• Collecting and interpreting data and analyzing results
• Report results through use of tools, such as Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint
• Working as a liaison to between the data and the Strategic Sourcing Managers, Regional Managers, Capital Managers and Buyers, along with Site contacts when necessary.
• Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
• Working with GASP team to identify additional business needs for data and digital analysis
• Defining new data collection and analysis processes
• Communicate conflicts in data, confirmations and/or purchase orders
• Support department initiatives for Safety, Auto PO, e-catalogs, source lists and other related process improvements
• Participate in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema as well as supporting site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirements.


• Equivalent Master's degree or BAC+5
• Experience in data analytics and reporting packages
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, Excel required.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical inclination for problem solving
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize operations, analytical and ad-hoc requests/workload.
• Must be able to adapt to changing priorities
• General knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Environment preferred
