REGIONAL BO PROJECT MANAGER & SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Poste et missions:
Within Arkadin's BO team, you will have the lead and the responsibility of the BO communication and relation-ship for all NORAM (North America) region.
This mission will include 3 different parts:
1/ Be the BO (Business Object) NORAM dedicated contact:
- The first level referent for BO application in NORAM (interact with the local users and help them to promote BO usage in their daily analysis)
- Perform trainings on BO for users (there will be 2 several level of training: level 1 for BO Beginners and level 2 for confirmed users)
- Develop BO communication and usage on NORAM region (we will need someone to promote our BO Datamart in NORAM (finance/ commissioning), and be a key-contact between Global Corp and NORAM region)
- Improve BO user performance: you might have to get involved on the local BO projects (to retrieve data from NORAM with others systems, or implement new projects to improve users performance) You will have to manage your-self those projects with users and report to BO team.
- Get involved on the Production follow-up : Check BO loadings and help on the revenue assurance for NORAM region
- Interact with billing system Teams (WISE2 team and CRBS team) to fix dataquality issues
- report to the BO team leader, and be part of the weekly BO team meetings
2/ Be part of the Business Analyst team
- Redact functional specifications for new releases
- Validate new releases
3/ Be part of the Bluesky Migration team
- Perform the Bluesky migration on BO
- Check and Validate the data after the migration
- Communicate and report on this topic to the BO team leader and the Bluesky team leader
Profil:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science
- 2+ Years Business Object experience
- Knowledge of SQL Server 2008
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Being proactive and responsive
- Ease of communication
- Very good English communication skills and ability to report in English and French
- Proactive in managing Projects/tasks
- Keen to learn
- Strong initiative and follow-through
- Attention to détails
