Bradwell Media is a hidden gem in Milton Keynes; Home to a hotbed of creative talent, we are the largest independent photographic and video studio in the UK. We produce around 50,000 photos and 2,000 videos each year for major UK retailer Argos and Habitat as well as a host of brands.
This position will be responsible for shooting & editing commercially strong video content in high volumes, whilst still maintaining quality and working within the brand/style guidelines. This role will be expected to plan, prep, light, shoot/edit between 1-5 videos a day on their own. This person will be expected to generate creative ideas in support of the production team and continually look for ways to improve our video content.
What I need to do
Shoot & edit product videos to the highest standard to sit across multiple platforms and ensure personal and team KPI’s are met.
Work closely with the Creative Producers, Stylist and wider team to demonstrate strong storytelling skills.
Continually research our market and competitors. Focus on creativity and pushing boundaries where relevant to inspire out customers/clients and exceed their expectations.
Work closely with the internal production teams and wider Bradwell teams contributing to a positive and professions team ethos
To have confidence in shooting & editing product overviews, presenter led and videos for social campaigns.
What I need to know
Experience working in video production and taking a project from start to finish, whether they are small or large-scale productions
Experience and examples of creating video content for Retail or Sales
Must have an understanding of industry standard processes and tools including video file formats and file delivery systems
Proficiency in shooting with HD video cameras, ability to light sets and talent to a high standard and edit in Premiere & After Effects
The ability to work collaboratively and take direction from Creative producers, Brand Managers and other key stakeholders
