We value curiosity, quality and collaboration — and support your growth in a healthy, balanced work environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Test Engineer to join our Media Agency engineering team. This platform is the home for teams exploring Nectar data and how it fuels the Media Agency products we offer through our Digital AdTech Marketing Services (DTP). As a Test Engineer, you will help ensure these products are reliable, high quality, and deliver value to our business partners.

Identify and raise clear, detailed defect reports and collaborate on fixes, prioritising by business impact.
Build and maintain automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
Take ownership of quality throughout the development lifecycle, identifying risks early and driving solutions.
Continuously improve testing processes to reduce defect leakage and improve release confidence.
Work closely with engineers, product owners and cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
Share test results, risks and quality insights clearly with stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
Experience in manual testing and a strong interest in test automation.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Percy, Playwright, etc.).
Knowledge of API testing and defect lifecycle management.
Ability to write clear, structured test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working in agile teams, especially Scrum.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
A proactive, curious and self-motivated approach.
Nice to Have
Experience with GitHub CI/CD pipelines, Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with React, Java or Kotlin-based testing.
Experience working on AdTech, digital marketing or data-driven web applications.
