This position will be responsible for directly supporting the Production Manager in ensuring that all content shoots are planned into the studio, resource is booked, products & samples are sourced and we are meeting our production KPI’s to a high standard. This will involve having direct contact with the Account Managers, commercial stakeholders, Sainsbury’s Argos suppliers & studio clients, ensuring all deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for ensuring the studio is running cost effectively, working to a budget and planning workload to ensure we are working and planning to our capacity.
What I need to do
The jobholder will manage the coordination and sourcing of all samples/ Products in to the studio in line with production schedules and plans. Planning with high levels of consistency and accuracy for all assets coming into the Bradwell Media operation and ensuring we are planning to our agreed SLA’s.
This position requires the management of a complex Production Plans for content shoots, ensuring that production is efficient and content is not delayed for any route to market. Governing the studio floor team adherence to Production Plans and being directly responsible for allocated space, studio or projects
Responsible for allocating and booking resource in order to deliver production plans. Working with the Account managers and Creative managers to understand requirements and then ensure the correct resource is in place. This may mean booking freelance creative teams, models, or location houses and managing involving following the completion of the project.
Managing budgets and deadlines for each project. Ensure the client is aware of the progress of each project via strong communication with the Account Managers and manage all stakeholders to ensure these deadlines are adhered to. Ensure cost effective ways of working and track spends for each project against agreed budget. Process payments where needed.
Working closely and build strong trusting relationships with the internal production teams and wider Bradwell teams contributing to a positive and professional team ethos. Act in line with, and role model the company values. Timely, relevant and clear communication is a must for this role to ensure plans, budgets and production KPI’s are achieved.
Responsible for reporting on projects/production and sharing these with wider Bradwell Media team/s and other Sainsbury’s Argos stakeholders. Accurate tracking and reporting on studio floor flow, adherence to plan, achievements against KPI’s and downtime. All information communicated accurately and in a timely manner. Action plans to resolve any issues need to be created and issues resolved in real time.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with the sample centre, Trading, Design Production, Digital, Customer Strategy and Experience and other Sainsbury’s Argos departments. Proactively identifying requirements, improvements and impacts, resolving any production concerns for projects within the department. Ensuring that the day to day running of all projects/production run smoothly and efficiently.
Working directly with the Studio Floor Coordinators to ensure the Studio is always kept at a high standard that is in keeping with company Health and Safety regulations. Studio to be clean, tidy & organised and regularly review ways to improve production. Ensure all paperwork is organised and kept up to date.

The Jobholder should be educated to a minimum “A” level standard with experience working within a planning environment.
Proven ability to communicate, persuade and influence at all levels, having the flexibility to utilise the necessary approach in order to deliver the maximum benefit.
The jobholder is computer literate with an excellent working knowledge of database systems, Excel and Word.
The jobholder has excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail is required.
Problem solving in a highly pressured, fast paced, delivery focused environment.
Desirable:
Production experience to be specific to a content studio.
Experience in working with both photographic and video content teams.
Experience of change management or implementing new working practices.
