Join Our Creative Team as a Social Editor!

Are you a talented Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a knack for creating engaging content? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team at Zest, the in-house creative agency for Sainsbury’s, Argos, Habitat, Tu, and Nectar!

About the Role: As a Social Editor, you'll be at the heart of our creative projects, editing captivating video content for a variety of platforms. From mobile-first social content to high-impact campaign films, you'll bring stories to life with your expert editing skills. You'll work closely with our videographers, producers, and designers to craft narratives that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do:

• Edit short-form and long-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Ensure seamless storytelling through cuts, transitions, pacing, sound design, and color grading.
• Optimize edits for different platforms, ensuring best practices for aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats.
• Integrate motion graphics, typography, and basic visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with our creative team to bring concepts to life and stay up-to-date with social media trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
• A strong understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific best practices.
• Experience working with both mobile-shot (iPhone preferred) and Cinema footage.
• Excellent sound design, color grading, and motion graphics integration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
