What you'll do
You’ll play a crucial role in managing the internal communications plan and channels to ensure alignment with our purpose and strategy. Your responsibilities include actively prioritising internal communications activities, identifying and resolving clashes in the plan, managing internal communications governance and processes, project managing high-profile communication projects and events, measuring the effectiveness of comms and channels, and continuously improving channel performance to better deliver desired outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team, contribute to a collaborative culture, and work towards embedding effective ways of working within the Internal Communications team to drive success and achieve business objectives.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving impactful internal communications strategies within large, complex organisations. Your ability to prioritise internal comms activity, aligning it with business priorities and goals, showcases your strategic mindset and results-driven approach. With your strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and collaborative leadership style, you excel in creating cohesive communication plans, managing diverse channels, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within your team.
