This is a 12 month fixed term contract role and can be based from either our Holborn, Coventry or Manchester support offices
 


What you'll do


Here you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the future of our supply chain operations, developing market-leading capabilities, processes, and operating models to enhance our competitive edge and drive transformation across our business. You will work cross-functionally to drive strategic development by creating and revising medium and long-term strategies encompassing E2E product flows, process improvement, technology, and people considerations. Utilising strong project management skills and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, you will drive clarity and simplicity, effectively navigating ambiguity to frame business challenges and facilitate outcome-centric and hypothesis-led approaches, fostering innovation, and inspiring change through storytelling and robust business case development.

Who you are


You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving end-to-end transformation projects at scale with demonstrable experience working within supply chain and logistics. With your expertise in shaping change initiatives and developing long-term strategies, you possess strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in achieving strategic business outcomes. Your capacity to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems into actionable solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to drive clarity, simplicity, and innovation in transforming the supply chain operations to achieve long-term benefits and competitive advantage for the business.
