· An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join our team based in our Customer Management Centre in either Widnes (WA8) or Stafford (ST18). Reporting in to the Snr. Product Manager, the main purpose of your role is to provide customers with continuously improved experiences by providing the successful development and delivery of the product(s) used within contact centres to program, quality and budget.

What to expect;

Identify and assess product opportunities - determine the validity of the product opportunity and assess whether it should / shouldn’t be pursued.
Provide a clear and compelling picture of where the product is going and the course by which it might get there.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders through earned mutual respect and ability to persuade using facts, logic and passion around the customer and the product
Facilitate the delivery of the Product to the Customer Management Centre
Provide architects with understanding of the future and direction of the product to help reduce the risk of rebuilding services; provide the team with the understanding and motivation of the “bigger picture” while delivering pragmatic shorter term releases that continuously improve the customer experience.
Empower the virtual team to do their jobs while continuing to question and provide answers
Ensure the customer is considered in every decision, including those that appear to have no direct impact on the visible customer experience
Supporting the activity of creating business cases and product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams
Lead in the delivery of the product ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed (including key questions, deliverables, milestones, accountabilities)
Develop and maintain product risks and issues logs and ensure that all risks and issues are assessed thoroughly and reviewed on a weekly basis and actions are updated.
Be an evangelist for the product, the customer and the team. Raising awareness and enthusiasm. Anticipating and addressing executive or stakeholder concerns. Provide insight and reusable materials for external presentation

To be successful in this role you must have been a Product Manager for 1 – 3 years, preferably within an ecommerce or contact centre setting. You must be able to work in a matrix team environment and have the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at a variety of levels.
