An Order Fulfilment Operative in Argos makes sure that our customer’s orders are picked and packed effectively so that they arrive at store, or directly to the customer’s home, in a first class condition. You’ll work together with your colleagues and leadership team to drive forward the great performance of the Regional Fulfilment Centre, and be proud to live the Argos values every single day.
Here at our new Regional Fulfilment Centre in Birmingham we are preparing for our busiest time of the year – CHRISTMAS! Our operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because our customers can shop 24/7. We are looking to grow our great team so we can meet and exceed our customers’ expectations… do you have what it takes?
What will you be doing?
Accurately picking and packing orders
Loading vehicles for delivery
Receiving and unloading orders from our Distribution Centres
What do you need to be excellent in this role?
You’re passionate about our customers, and their journey through Argos
You’ll enjoy using technology to support your role, and embrace changes in tech that maintain the Fulfilment Centre’s high standards
Be compliant of health and safety at all times, understanding how these regulations make sure you and the team can safely perform your job

Please be aware the due to the “live” nature of customer demand, a degree of flexibity will be required with start and finish times when you’re on shift.
This role is for minimum 20 hours per week, on a fixed term contract basis until Christmas 2018, working a variety of shifts across weekdays, weekends between the hours 2pm-10pm
