Are you a recent graduate looking to start a great career in Digital Retail? Would you like to work in a forward thinking, driven team, critical to the success of our digital channels? As Digital Trading Executive working for Argos you will have the opportunity to play an integral part in supporting our digital transformation.
We are looking for talented individuals to join our digital teams that are responsible for the online sales performance of a few product categories. This involves understanding how all products in each category are selling, how many visits they are attracting, how visits are converting to purchases, how price promotions are performing and how well traffic is being driven to the page via digital marketing i.e. PPC and SEO.
We have several entry level roles available in the team, where, your role is to ensure that your categories are performing to their highest potential and if something isn't performing to its optimum level, you will work with the relevant teams to create plans and take actions to enhance sales. You will also work to drive and support new range launches and promotions.

Argos sells over 50,000 products and, with over 900m visits to our online, tablet and mobile channels last year, the roles within these teams are critical to company performance. Digital Trading and Digital Content are at the heart of the business and you will work with many other teams as well as getting to work with some big brand suppliers such as Apple, Lego and Bose.

* Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and make decisions at pace and/or strong copywriting skills although experience is not essential.
* Drive and determination to succeed and set your own high-standards
* Good networking and influencing skills. Comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally.
* Ability to work under pressure, multi taking numerous projects at once with the ability to carry out high level review product performance.
