What you'll do

As a Delivery Manager for Fresh Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Fresh Operations in shaping and coordinating the execution of the Fresh strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing the Customer Plan for Fresh Food, translating the corporate secondary space strategy for Fresh Foods, and ensuring Fresh receives its fair share of marketing spend to bring the strategy to life for customers. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including Commercial Operations, Marketing, Convenience, and Online, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the Business Unit plan against targeted objectives. Your success will be measured by your ability to operate consistently to standard processes and policies, build strong relationships, develop your skills, and demonstrate exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities in a fast-paced operational environment.
