We are offering a number of permanent vacancies for the New Year.
We are looking for customer centric and passionate individuals to join our fabulous teams based within our newly refurbished Customer Management Centre in Widnes. You will be the first point of contact on our customer’s journey so your role is vital in ensuring that all queries are dealt with in the most efficient and friendly manner as possible, whilst always making sure that every customer receives the best customer service possible.
Positive and personalised service is at the heart of our business and whether you already have experience or just a passion for the customer journey, if you’re able to listen, understand and build rapport to help customers, then you can be the voice of our brand
We want you to:
Build relationships over the phone with our customers
Provide information on additional product & services
Help customers find the right products to meet their needs.
Work as a team and supporting your colleagues
You will have:
Excellent listening and communication skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Previous experience in a customer service role

Working hours
We are currently recruiting for fully flexible shift patterns: This will require you to be fully flexible between our opening hours, and able to work across the week. In return you will get 2 rest days per week, and 1 weekend off in 4. You will have at least 4 weeks’ notice of your shift.
