Customer Service Advisor – the role:

You will be an advocate for the Argos values, and will do all you can to meet customer expectations – from serving on the till and the collection counter, to providing assistance on the shopfloor, to picking stock in the stockroom and on occasions, driving one of our vans to deliver goods to our customers.

This role is for 17.5 hours per week, working 5 days from 7 to include weekends between 4.00am and 10.15pm

Customer Service Advisor – the person:

A passion for fantastic customer service
Previous experience within a retail or hospitality environment is beneficial but not essential
Great communication skills
Keen to develop and progress your career with Argos
A year's driving experience
Be confident behind the wheel of our Mercedes Sprinter vans
No more than six points on your licence.
