Bradwell Media is a hidden gem in Milton Keynes; Home to a hotbed of creative talent, we are the largest independent photographic and video studio in the UK. We produce around 50,000 photos and 2,000 videos each year for major UK retailer Argos and Habitat as well as a host of brands.

The role of the Creative Producer will be to manage the creation and collation of all creative assets ready for the production team. This will include idea creation, research, storyboard and scripting. The Creative Producer will also manage the demonstrations, props and set requirements as well as support the planning team requesting models and actors where necessary.

What I need to do

Responsible for the creation and collation of creative assets that will support the video production teams
Key decision maker within the studio. Once brief is received the Creative Producer will decide what video requirements are and will ensure they are all available to the production crew
Ensure that the videographers and editors are fully supported with clear briefs and support when it comes to storyboard, scripts, demonstrations, props, set up and any other aspects of supporting the production
Work with the Client Services team to ensure all briefs are received, understood and a quote is returned in a timely manner
Work to ensure that all client and key stakeholder needs are met and that we are hitting production timelines as well as SLA’s and KPI’s
Work with the production team to ensure we are creating the right video for the brief to ensure we are offering the best service to meet our client needs

What I need to know

At least two years’ experience in working within a video production capacity
Ability to generate creative ideas
Experience of storyboarding, scripting and video production planning
Passion for video and the desire to move an exciting and busy department forward
Must be able to work well within a team and have strong organisational skills
Pro-actively considering and changing processes to improve creative output
