The Role
As an HR Coordinator you will work closely with the HR Manager and HRBP on a daily basis, focusing on HR Systems and Administrations, Talent Attraction and retention, Performance management, Employee engagement, Change management and Capability development.

As an HR Coordinator your main responsibilities will be to:
Act as the main point of contact with the HR Admin team over contracts, offer letters, employee changes, maintenance of structures in Resourcelink and Orgvue.
Analysis of exit interview data provided by the HR Admin team in order to make recommendations to HRBP’s for future strategies.
Produce monthly function scorecards summarising key people data and trends covering Resourcing, Turnover, Retention, ER, Sickness and Absence, Overtime, Diversity and Cost Challenge and drawing insights from this data to present back to the HRBP and management teams.
Collate and analyse resourcing data across the functions to enable HRBP’s and Heads of HR to inform forthcoming strategies to tackle issues.
Oversee and coordinate resourcing activity to ensure adherence with required timescales.
Collate and analyse performance and potential data across the functions to enable HRBP’s to inform forthcoming strategies to tackle issues and identify areas where further development intervention is required.
Assist in facilitation of monthly people reviews.
Assists in market-mapping competitor organisations by meeting with new joiners coming in from competitors to start to build internal intelligence and knowledge of competitor set-up / organisations.
Deployment, collation and coordination of internal engagement surveys this includes producing reports.
Helps to manage the action planning process with managers by requesting regular updates and checking where HR input may be required and liaising with relevant HR colleagues.
Support with any colleague development interventions and provide necessary coaching to E & F grades
As an HR Coordinator your skills & experience will ideally include:
Education to degree level or equivalent
Good generalist HR work experience in a fast moving business.
Ability to explain complicated concepts or plans in a simple concise manner
Working at pace through a high volume of work, balancing immediate request and project work, often with limited supervision
