Job description :
The VIE will be part of the EPO HR team, and as it serves the head of this team, provide support initially to the EPO team, and where feasible to the commercial teams as well.
Tasks of the VIE lies in the following area:
1. Administrating the assessment process; within EPO we perform assessments through psychometric tests across the world. This process needs to be managed, as well as manned. The VIE will oversee flawless execution of the assessment process, including administrating the requests, providing log in data, checking the outcome, administering the results etc.
2. Setting up 1HRIS systems to encompass the jobs, including competency profiles, and technical requirements. While one HRBP leads the process of ensuring all job profiles in 1HRIS (SAP) also have a job profile, as well as individual profiles set up, the VIE is accountable to ensure the system is set up, in close cooperation with the SAP team, and operational in time.
3. Support the management of the procurement academy and e-procurement academy. The e-procurement academy is an intranet base platform, set to provide procurement employees with a one-stop-show for their functional development. The academy needs to be expanded, as well as made available to other continents. Also its accessibility and user friendliness can be improved.
4. Support other functions when changes in their functional academy are needed, in line with the career path. Other functional academies are picking up the concept of EPO, and need support. The VIE will cooperate with other functional academies, to align their academy worth the EPO role model.
5. Provide general support across Procurement, commercial Auto, Commercial Industry, and shipping.
a. Manage the publication of two Newsletters:
- Newcomers Newsletter + Organizational Changes
- Monthly information (Success stories, new project implementations, follow up Speak up,…)
b. Execute the Trainees recruitment (whole process : from the publication on JMO to the welcome of the trainee in the office)
Profile:
Ideally a masters degree in social sciences or HR, with in depth interest in assessment and competency based development. Business study is also possible.
Must be fluent in English, as no French is spoken in the department.
Affinity with software driven / online learning platforms preferred
Open attitude / international mindset prerequisite.
Strong intrinsic desire to learn and develop themselves.
Your housing in Luxembourg will be covered by the company (with an upper limit). It implies an abatement of 20% on the geographical part of the V.I.E compensation.
