Poste et missions:
For AM Europe Flat Products, we look for a MARKET RESEARCH AND MARKETING ANALYST
- Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace.
- Gather data on competitors and analyze their sales, and method of marketing and distribution.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires, or arrange to obtain existing data.
- Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
- Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
Profil:
- Master (Bac +5) in either Marketing, Economics or business strategy
- Be fluent in English (advanced), any additional European language is an asset;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; comfortable with numbers and attention to details
- Have an analytical & customer focused mind; critical thinker; desire to tackle complex problem solving
- Be very well organised and rigorous; excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to work independently, be available and flexible;
- Be able to work under pressure, and be a good team player.

- Inter-cultural skills are an asset for this position since you will be working with cultural practices from different countries
