Job description
Service Desk Analyst required by prestigious financial services organisation based in the heart of Worthing.
The IT Support Analyst, Helpdesk Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills - Both on the phone and face to face
- Understanding of Call handling, prioritisation and call escalations.
- Experience of call logging systems
- Active Directory
- 1 year minimum IT experience
- Occasional weekend work required
- UK driving licence would be helpful for future progression.
