We provide our customers with end-to-end services throughout their HRIS and Travel & Expense management projects from business requirements definition to the solution implementation. We also provide post go-live support and transfer of competencies to the teams in the different deployed countries.
🌍With our headquarters based in Paris (and a secondary French office in Bordeaux), we are also implemented in different countries in Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. We are thus able to support our clients all over the world, during and after the deployment of their HRIS projects.
We are looking for a Travel & Expense Pre-Sales Specialist based in France.
📍Paris or Bordeaux
In your role as T&E Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll have the following key responsibilities:
* Engage with clients and prospects to understand their travel and expense management requirements and challenges.
* Provide expertise and insights during client meetings, by adopting an advisory stance helping to guide discussions towards a successful sale.
* Assist in the creation of customized proposals and responses to RFIs (Request for Information) & RFPs (Request for Proposals).
* Highlight the value proposal of our offers providing the most appropriate solutions based on analysis and challenge of customers’ needs.
* Establish feasibility and profitability criteria for the response strategy in the key dimensions of planning, solution choice, delivery model, and budgeting
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
* Demonstrate our products capabilities, focusing on how our solutions address specific client needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
* Participate in events, conferences and workshops to represent the company and gather market intelligence.
* Ensure successful project start-up (handover from Sales to Delivery team).
Desired profile
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Presales/Advisory, preferably in the travel and expense management industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of travel and expense management processes and software.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English.
* Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients and team members.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* SAP Concur and Amadeus Cytric knowledge would be a strong asset.
* Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
