HR Manager – Internship

We are looking for a HR Manager

Within our Brussels team, you will be accompanied and trained in our methods and tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will put your theoretical and / or practical knowledge at the service of the following missions:

·  Participate in the development of the sourcing strategy in relation to the profiles sought and the target market
·  Sourcing by direct approach (among others) talents on the various supports (social networks, jobboards, schools, …) and propose a project in line with their background and skills
·  Participate in interviews
·  Accompanied by the consultant, follow the candidates and maintain a relationship of trust in the duration

You will also accompany the recruitment officer on the following missions:

·  Drafting and distribution of offers via the chosen mode (s) of communication
·  Participate in school events
·  Select the candidate after sorting the application files and a first telephone selection, write a telephone report
·  Update our candidate database

YOUR PROFILE :

You are a student in Bachelor or Master RH or Psycho

Ideally, you are passionate about computer science or have good knowledge in the field (internship, personal projects, …)

You speak English & French, Dutch is a strong asset.
