The position
 Working with key clients, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting candidates from our database and our various tools to identify the most suitable candidates
 You will conduct telephone assessments as well as Skype interviews for our candidates based here and abroad
 You will be developing your knowledge on assisting candidates in relocating from abroad, becoming an expert on all that’s involved in the relocation process
 You will be taking part in marketing and advertising your skills and our expertise to reach hard to get candidates
 Based on your experience, you will have the opportunity to account manage key clients or conduct business development if you want to, as we have a lot of major accounts so only Consultants who wish to do so will
 Work in a metrics environment with weekly KPI’s
 Work to reasonable sales targets and be well rewarded on performance
 Interviewing and selecting candidates
 Assessing and short-listing candidates
 Selling positions and companies based across Europe to the candidates.

Desired profile

 1 to 3 years of experience in a recruitment environment, with sourcing, selection, candidate management or business development OR with a minimum of 1 year sales expertise dealing with B2B and B2C and the ability to adapt to a new environment
 Degree level or equivalent
 A proven track record in sales or recruitment
 Some experience with client account management would be a strong plus
 Ability to build and improve relationships and identify potential opportunities
 Drive, vision and ambition to grow a successful business as part of a team
 Motivated, enthusiastic and driven to work towards targets and excellence at client satisfaction
 Strong ability to negotiate & persuade
 Highly organized to manage multiple requirements from clients
 Ability to work independently, as well as contributing to the team
 Ability to work “smart” and develop opportunities in the market
 Honest, friendly and positive to be part of a good atmosphere in the team

We are looking for a number of International Recruitment Consultants at Junior and Senior levels to join our Irish and European teams.
Our teams specialise in multilingual recruitment, on behalf of some the largest "Blue Chip" companies in Ireland, the UK, Germany and across a couple of other locations. We also assist on key high level positions which may not require a language. We have an extensive database of candidates and access to the most efficient tools across Europe.
