AMR Speech Collection
You can apply for this project if you have family or friends who are 65 or older and willing to participate, or if you are 65 or older yourself.
In this task, using our Appen Mobile Recorder (AMR) application, the participant will create and record commands in Spanish that they would give to a voice assistant (such as Siri and Alexa) in the given context, for the voice assistant to help carry carry out certain activities. These could be such things as:
Reminder settings: Remind me to call my wife at 10 am
Social Networks: Show me Maria's photo from last week
The collected data will be used to train and develop artificial intelligence algorithms behind voice recognition technologies.
Please note: In this project, the rate is per task, not the hourly rate.
