ORDER ADMINISTRATOR & SAP SUPPORT HF

Job description

Aperam Sourcing is a Buy & Sell company, assuring the Raw Material supply for Aperam’s European stainless & specialty steel production sites.
The Order Administrator (OA) part of the function consists of the complete order to invoice flow for the raw material supply chain. The OA is also responsible for the follow up of deliveries and contacts with both suppliers and the production plants.
The SAP support function relates not only to day to day support but also to follow up and implementation of any new functionalities developed either in house or with external providers.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Order Administration:
- Raw materials contract management in SAP
- Translate supply contracts and spot purchases into Sales & Purchase orders in SAP
- Together with steel plants, prepare deliveries of the purchased products
- Follow up of deliveries (documentation, quantity, quality, claims, …)
- Price calculation and verification
- Implementation and follow-up of SAP developments
SAP Support:
After intensive familiarisation with Aperam’s SAP (Hana) system, the SAP support consists of:
- Trouble shooting and back office support
- Implementation of new functionalities and changes
- Integration of SAP Ariba
- Support for eRFQs and e-auctions
- Link with accounting and controlling
- Communication with plants with regard to problem solving related top SAP
PROFILE:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economy, Logistics, IT, ...
- A first business experience in an international environment is welcome
- Fluent in English and French. Additional languages are an asset (Portuguese, German, Mandarin, Russian, …)
- Analytical, communicative skills , able to work with different cultures,
- SAP (Ariba) knowledge, spreadsheets, presentation software
