About the Role
As a Private Wealth Management Analyst some of your key responsibilities
will involve:
Data
collection and in depth analysis of client compensation (salary and bonus)
levels
Market
research and competitor analysis
Assisting
on projects that develop and implement client reward strategies that link to
business objectives
Working
as part of a broader team to provide clients with a interpretation of relevant
regulation
Creating
and supporting the technical, statistical and graphical content of consulting
projects and compensation studies
The
implementation and interpretation of compensation surveys
Project
and process management
Responsible for
working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and
compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the
management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may
adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
As a Private Wealth Management Analyst your skills and qualifications
will ideally include:
Degree
qualified in a numerate discipline or equivalent
Proven
and accurate analytical skills
Experience
with data analysis and a range of modelling techniques
Strong
presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Advanced
Excel skills is a prerequisite
Experience
of carrying out complex data analysis and the use of modelling techniques
Experience
and/or understanding of general Infrastructure functions within the Financial
service industry (e.g. Information Technology, Operations, Finance etc.) is
valuable
Excellent
interpersonal skills and aptitude for learning
Ability
to work effectively both in a team and individually
An
additional European language is advantageous, ideally German or French
Previous
experience of working in the financial services industry or for a Global Banking
institution
Ability
and desire to develop client facing skills
Interest
in global economics
