About the Role
As a Analyst / Consultant some of your key responsibilities will involve;
Data collection and in depth analysis of client performance data, covering reward, productivity, client experience and financial metrics.
Working as part of a broader team to provide clients with an interpretation of relevant industry trends and regulation.
Assisting on projects that develop and implement client performance strategies.
Hands on project and client management.
This role will involve working in teams of primarily the European, but also Global Wealth Management Practise, in the development and execution of performance analytics and consulting projects. There will be a focus, albeit not exclusive, on wealth and asset management clients, including joint projects with the Scorpio Partnership.
Responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
About you
As a Analyst / Consultant your skills and qualifications will ideally include;
Degree qualified or equivalent
Proven analytical skills - Excel competence a prerequisite.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience and/or understanding of the Financial service industry, ideally in Wealth Management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both in a team and individually.
Strong ambition and desire to develop themselves.
